The best way to use DAP is with a diffuser but it also comes in wipes, sprays, and special collars.
If all the factors that may cause Beagle whining are removed it is permissible to ignore it when it happens. This is exactly how it is done in nature by the mother of the puppy. Puppies are normally brought home around 8 weeks of age and haven’t had that part of their training by their mothers yet and it’s your job to do it.
